Airport

It is recommended for participants to fly in and out of Lisbon Airport. This is the closest airport to the Congress locations and shuttle buses will be organised from here.

Transportation

Shuttle buses will be organised from Lisbon Airport to Caldas da Rainha.

Pick-up: Sunday 15 September at 12:00, 15:00 (3 PM) and 18:00 (6 PM)*
Return: Saturday 21 September at 12:00, 15:00 (3 PM) and 18:00 (6PM)*

Please select your preferred transfer directly in your registration account (on the registration platform).

*Should your arrival/departure time be outside of this transfer schedule, please contact the Congress Secretariat.

For participants who arrive outside of scheduled shuttle windows, we offer two recommendations:

1) The city of Lisbon is very easily accessible from the airport. Should you only have an hour or two to wait before the next scheduled shuttle, we suggest taking a walk through Lisbon’s beautiful cobblestone streets.

2) Should you be arriving on an entirely different day, you can take a bus from Lisbon to Caldas da Rainha (takes ca. 1 hour).
