Daily passes are available for either or both conference days as follows: Tuesday 17 September, Wednesday 18 September.

Students

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all conferences.
• Access to the free portion of the cultural programme and exhibitions.
• Coffee breaks at the Congress Centre.

Press

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all conferences.
• Access to the cultural programme including exhibitions and cultural circuits.
• Opening Lunch in Alcobaça.
• Coffee breaks & lunches at the Congress Centre.

Pre- and Post-Congress Tours

The Pre & Post-Congress Tour registration include:

• 2 nights accommodation with breakfast in a 4* hotel
• Bus transportation during the tour
• Official tour guide
• Meals mentioned in the itinerary (see Pre & Post Congress tours pages)
• Tickets mentioned in the itinerary (see Pre & Post Congress tours pages)

Conditions:

• 100% payment upon registration.
• Each tour is limited to 50 people.
• The minimum number of participants for the tour is 30 people.
• If by 15 August, we do not have 30 people enrolled, the tour will be cancelled and a refund will be made to the participants. *

*We will inform participants as soon as we have reached the required 30 to alleviate any worries.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made by email to Leading’s Congress Secretariat: 2024iaccongress@leading.pt

Cancellations received before midnight Portuguese time (WEST) on Thursday 1 August 2024 will be refunded the deposit less a 25% administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
